Here at WSSDA, we want to make other state laws available, aside from Washington State. We acknowledge that handlers reside all over the United States, and all over the world- of course, many handlers are going to travel with their service dogs and service dogs in training at some point or another. Whether it be across state lines, or across the country, we are here to try and provide handlers everywhere with resources to know their rights no matter where their adventures and travels may take them. Below is a link to a website that has all 50 US states and their service dog laws included. Please be sure to check the individual state’s .gov site for the most up-to-date information, and for individual county ordinances.
